Old Fort Erie Visitor Centre

Old Fort Erie Visitor Centre presents the Fort’s unique history as an American occupied stronghold during the War of 1812. The Fort was the site of numerous clashes during the War. The visitor centre exhibit gallery tells the story of the conflict from the points of view of both sides. It highlights the individual stories of both British and American participants while tracing the history of the fort from the original wooden building of 1764 to present day.
